You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

All other content on the Platform - including but not limited to site design, logos, graphics, text, software, and the "Man Perfect Dating Latin" trademark - is the exclusive property of MPDA and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any MPDA-owned content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner through our services. Dating outcomes depend on individual effort, compatibility, and circumstances beyond our control. MPDA is not responsible for the behavior, conduct, or representations of any user on the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MPDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES RELATED TO INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MPDA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MPDA. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such external sites.

6. Account Termination

MPDA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Specific grounds for termination include:

  • Creating a fake or misleading profile.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
  • Repeated violation of community conduct guidelines.
  • Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
  • Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted systems.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon account deletion, your profile, photos, and chat history will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
